Mervyn Frost was educated at the University of Stellenbosch and subsequently, as a Rhodes Scholar, studying Politics at Oxford. He is on the editorial board of several entities focusing on international policy and have served on the Executive Committee of the International Studies Association (ISA). Frost joined the War Studies Department of King’s College London in 2003 as Professor of International Relations in the Centre for International Relations and also served as Head of the Department of War Studies for a period.
